Make client feedback clear before the next deadline.
Creative and marketing agencies often work through several rounds of feedback. An effective request checklist states what needs a decision, who can give it and what happens next. ONEPING demonstrates how one private link can make outstanding answers visible.
The public demo is for fictional information, not real client records.
REAL-WORLD WORKFLOW IDEAS
Where agencies can use a request checklist
A checklist helps to collect and organise responses; it does not by itself prove legal sign-off, provide a digital signature, manage full project schedules or replace your agency's approval policy.
01
Campaign brief completion
Your account manager receives an incomplete campaign brief. Instead of emailing an open-ended request, ask for the few decisions that unlock planning.
Example checklist
Agree the campaign objective and audience
Confirm the approved brand message
Identify the authorised person for content approval
Confirm the launch window and relevant deadlines
Approve the draft creative direction
Once the outstanding decisions are visible, the team can avoid starting production on unapproved assumptions.
02
Creative review rounds
A client leaves comments in presentations, chat messages and calls. Organise concrete review outcomes without losing the distinction between feedback and approval.
Example checklist
Confirm which design version is being reviewed
Collect one consolidated list of change requests
Identify any prohibited wording or claims
Mark which requested changes are complete
Confirm whether another review is required
Keep final files in your existing design or document platform; use the checklist to follow progress and decisions.
03
Handover to a client
Delivery feels complete internally, but the client still needs key instructions and ownership confirmations before launch.
Example checklist
Confirm named contacts for launch day
Verify the client received the handover instructions
Agree any outstanding training or walkthrough
Confirm the accepted deliverables
Record the support contact and next steps
A clear final checklist reduces confusion about who is waiting for whom after the last deliverable.
A SIMPLE METHOD
Build an approval trail that makes sense
Use these principles whether you use ONEPING or a traditional checklist. Clear expectations and a single place for answers reduce confusion.
01
Separate creative feedback from approval decisions. A request to edit wording is not necessarily permission to publish.
02
Use version labels such as 'homepage draft 3' so the reviewer knows exactly which work is being discussed.
03
Give each approval request one identifiable owner and one clear deadline.
04
Make it easy to see the difference between pending questions, completed tasks and items that need another review.
05
For binding authorisations, signatures, sensitive materials or audit evidence, continue using the agency's approved contract and record systems.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Helpful answers
Is ONEPING a full agency project management platform?
No. ONEPING focuses on short client requests, checklist answers and progress visibility. It is not a replacement for production schedules, asset storage, contract signature or specialist project management tools.
Can external clients update checklist tasks?
Yes, a person with the private request link can mark tasks complete and add responses without signing in. Only share these links with intended recipients.
Does ONEPING currently support an entire agency team?
The public demo supports individual account-based request tracking. Team roles, branded request portals and automatic reminders are planned rather than currently available.
Can we trial the workflow for free?
Yes. The current demo provides three fictional-data requests each calendar month. Do not enter real client data while the app remains a preview.
