Create a checklist. Share one link. See what's complete.
ONEPING is a lightweight browser-based tool for collecting answers and tracking small request checklists. The owner signs in and creates a request. The recipient uses a private link without a separate account. Here's exactly what the current demo can—and cannot—do.
The public demo is for fictional information, not real client records.
REAL-WORLD WORKFLOW IDEAS
A request from start to finish
Explore this sequence with fictional information in the free demo. No payment card is required to try it.
01
1. Create a clear request
Start with a descriptive request title, recipient name if useful, short instructions and optional due date. Each request supports between one and ten checklist items.
Example checklist
Write a precise title such as 'Website launch confirmations'
Add only the minimum recipient details needed
Describe the expected answer to each task
Add an optional due date
Save the request in your own workspace
The creator can view and manage the request in their account.
02
2. Share a private link
The app generates a difficult-to-guess recipient link. The person receiving it can respond without a ONEPING login.
Example checklist
Copy the request's private sharing link
Send it directly to the intended recipient
Ask the recipient to open it in their browser
Allow them to mark checklist items complete
Collect brief answers against individual tasks
Because possession of the link grants access, do not post it publicly or use the preview for real confidential data.
03
3. Follow progress and close
The request owner refreshes their workspace to review answers and remaining items. They can replace the share link or revoke it when access should stop.
Example checklist
Open the request's status and checklist
Review completed versus outstanding tasks
Follow up personally on unanswered items
Rotate or revoke the link if needed
Close the request when the work is finished
Existing request history stays available to the owner; email reminders and third-party automation are not currently enabled.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Helpful answers
What makes ONEPING different from an email or shared spreadsheet?
It focuses on a defined set of recipient tasks and gives the request owner one place to check progress, while the recipient answers through a single private link. It is intentionally simpler than a full project-management system.
Can I use ONEPING on my phone or computer?
The current product is browser-based and uses a responsive layout. It does not require a separately installed mobile app.
What happens when I revoke a sharing link?
The current link stops working. The owner can replace it with a new link if the request should remain open to its intended recipient.
Can I use this for actual customers today?
Not yet. ONEPING is currently a fictional-data public demo, and its privacy and operational readiness checks are not complete for real customer information.
