1. Who provides the service
ONEPING is operated by Flevanta Origins Ltd, registered in England and Wales (17519128), with registered office at 67 Tower Road, Felixstowe, England, IP11 7PR. Contact hello@forge4biz.co.uk for support and contractual enquiries.
2. Intended use
ONEPING is intended for adults using request and checklist tracking for legitimate work or business. You are responsible for your account, the content you submit, your authority to share another person's information and safeguarding recipient links. Do not use the service unlawfully or upload harmful content. ONEPING is not an appropriate place for medical records, identity documents, banking credentials, payment card numbers, children's data, biometric information or special-category personal data. Do not include that information in request titles, free-text answers, instructions or templates; the service is not approved to collect it.
3. Preview limitations
Any version labelled as a fictional-data preview is not approved for real personal, commercially sensitive or confidential information. Preview features can change or be unavailable. Subscriptions are not available until live checkout is expressly enabled.
4. Paid subscriptions
When live payments are available, the chosen plan and price are presented before checkout. Plans renew monthly until cancelled, and payment is processed by Stripe. Cancel through the billing portal; cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues to the end of the paid term. Mandatory statutory refund or cancellation rights are not excluded.
5. Plans and limits
Solo includes up to 30 new requests each UTC calendar month; Business includes up to 200. A free fictional-data demo offers three new requests each UTC calendar month. Paid Solo and Business plans raise that allowance to 30 and 200 respectively. Existing requests remain viewable when a subscription ends, subject to the service's retention policies and account security controls. Additional features such as automated reminders and team permissions are not included unless specifically activated.
UK pricing and VAT status
Flevanta Origins Ltd is not registered for UK VAT and does not charge UK VAT. These UK monthly prices are the total amounts stated; no VAT invoice is issued. International availability remains subject to review. The current UK subscription prices are proposals only while the preview is in operation. We will revise these disclosures if our VAT registration or applicable tax obligations change before sales begin.
6. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care to provide the service, but temporary outages and maintenance may occur. You should retain your own copies of essential business records. Nothing in these terms limits liability where UK law prohibits it or removes statutory rights that apply.
7. Privacy and changes
Our privacy notice explains how information is handled. We may update the service or these terms. Material contractual changes will be communicated as required by law.
